How to return your item
Email us at info@minigarmsgang.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to return
We’ll confirm your credit value and next steps before you send anything back.
Condition requirements
Items must be returned in excellent resale condition so they can go back into circulation.
This means:
- No marks or stains
- No holes, pulls or damage
- No excessive wash wear
All items are assessed on arrival.
If your item isn’t eligible
If a returned item is not deemed not fit for resale, it will not be eligible for Buy Back credit.
In this case, the item will be donated on, and you’ll be notified via email.
Final notes
- Credit is issued once the item is received and approved
- Buy Back applies within 12 months of purchase
